Return and Exchange

1. At JARIERA, each piece is crafted with utmost love, dedication, and artistic integrity, reflecting its high value. As such, we do not entertain returns or exchanges. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you can raise a return/exchange request within 72 hours of the delivery.

Note : while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return/exchange.

2. Your return/exchange request should be sent by email to orders@jariera.com within 72 hours of receiving your shipment, along with the pictures of the delivered product. Kindly note that any request made post the 72-hour window will not be eligible for return.

3. Fabrics and any customised item (including fall & hemming) cannot be returned.

4. After receiving your request, we will review it and, within 5 working days, send you an authorization for return/exchange. Once you've been granted authorization, you will have to ship the product to the address provided by JARIERA. Alternatively, if our delivery partner's pick-up service is available in your area, JARIERA will arrange for the pickup of the item. 

5. For any return/exchange, please ensure that the product is in its original unused condition with original bill and tags intact.

6. You can choose to exchange the product or opt to receive a full refund either as store credits or directly to the original credit or debit card used during the purchase.

7. Once we receive the product it will be examined by the quality team and if we find that the issue(s) you have raised is correct, we will initiate the refund/exchange.

8. If you opted for a refund, it will take up to 7 working days to get it credited to your bank account.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations until your order is shipped. You can reach out to us at orders@jariera.com to cancel your orders. We won't be able to take any cancellation requests once the order is shipped.
